Once an order is marked delivered by the carrier, it becomes the responsibility of the postal service. Customers may file a claim directly with USPS, as shipments include limited coverage.

Our jewelry is custom made and crafted individually for each customer. This allows us to create unique pieces without excess inventory, but it also means production takes longer than ready to ship stores.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can assist you.

All items are made to order and not kept in stock. Please allow 4-6 weeks for processing (Monday-Friday, excluding weekends and holidays).

No. Because all items are made specifically for each customer, orders cannot be canceled, refunded, or changed once placed. By checking out, you agree to these terms.

We cannot guarantee changes once an order is submitted, as it is quickly sent into production. Please double check sizing, name spelling, and shipping address before placing your order.
