Refunds: We do not offer any refunds or exchanges. If an item items damaged please contact us within 1-2 days with picture proof so we can exchange the item. Everything is final sale! 

Jewelry Information:  14K gold is a soft precious metal and may bend under pressure, this is normal and not a defect. We are not responsible for tarnish or bending due to misuse or incorrect sizing.

Chargebacks filed while an order is in production will be contested with evidence and permanently restrict future purchases.
