Shipping Policy
Custom Products: All custom products are made to order, our processing time is 6-8 weeks due to vendor availability and Chinese New Year holidays.
Shipping: After you have received a tracking number USPS delivery to you can take up to 1-6 days depending on your state. Tracking information is sent via email or text message once your order has shipped.
Shipping Disclaimer: Once your order has left our warehouse, we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. All of our labels are insured, you can contact your local USPS to file a claim with them.
Shipping Addresses: Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Orders are shipped exactly as provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the order will not be refunded. The customer must pay a reshipping fee to have the order sent again.
We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or undelivered packages caused by incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
Chargebacks filed while an order is in production will be contested with evidence and permanently restrict future purchases.
