Shipping/Refund Policy

  1. Please allow 2-4 weeks for processing before your order is shipped. ALL ORDERS ARE FINAL, NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ALLOWED. 
  2. If the shipping address provided is incorrect and the package is delivered back to our warehouse, you are responsible for the additional shipping fee in order for us to ship it again. 
  3. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages
  4. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES OR DAMAGED. ONCE A PACKAGE HAS LEFT OUR FACILITY, USPS OR UPS WILL HOLD ALL LIABILITY IF A PACKAGE IS LOST/STOLEN OR DAMAGED.
